Factory Shutdown and Product Availability

As anticipated, Oregon is now under strict Stay-at-Home orders meant to ensure social distancing. This affects everyone at the Bullseye factory—and everyone who uses our glass—in some serious ways.

First, here’s the tough news: in some areas of production we are simply unable to maintain proper social distancing. So out of concern for the health and safety of our employees, our fellow Oregonians, and our friends around the world, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause production of glass. We do intend to resume production in the future (hopefully sooner than later) and will be monitoring CDC recommendations.

Now here’s the good news: we still have a small warehouse crew and remote sales crew on hand. They’re ready to help you get any glass you need from our currently ample stock and will continue to fulfill and ship orders as long as we’re able. And because we’re not sure how long that will be, we encourage you to place orders as soon as possible for anything you might need through June. Our Online Store and remote sales team is ready.

Two important things to note. One: our sales staff is best reached by email right now. Two: with limited staff, turnaround time may be longer than usual. Please be patient and we will get your order out the door!

As always, don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions and we will do our best to provide answers. We’re grateful for your patience and support as we navigate how to continue serving the world's glass community during these trying times.
